Our products are instant digital downloads, so refunds work differently from physical goods.
Digital download sales
All sales are final. Because Clear Pages Studios products are digital files delivered instantly after purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, accidental purchase, or duplicate personal downloads.
Technical problems
If a download link does not work, the wrong file is delivered, or a file appears corrupted, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will help troubleshoot and resend a working copy when appropriate.

Consumer rights
This policy does not limit any statutory rights that cannot legally be waived in your location, including applicable EU or UK consumer rights.
