Refund Policy
Every Clear Pages guide comes with a 14-day guarantee. If a guide isn't useful to you, tell us within 14 days and we'll refund you in full.
The 14-day guarantee
If a guide isn't what you hoped, email support@clearpagesstudios.com within 14 days of buying. Tell us which guide and the email you used at checkout. We refund the full price of that guide to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
Download problems
If a file won't open or download, or the wrong file arrived, write to us at any time. We'll send a working copy right away, and you can still have a refund if you'd rather.
Duplicate or accidental orders
If you bought the same guide twice by mistake, we refund the extra order in full, whenever you notice it.
Bundles
If you bought three different guides with the bundle discount, you can return one guide or all of them. We refund what you actually paid for each returned guide, after the discount.
